The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, is thrilled to present the Lemon U Workshop for all Lemonade Day participants. This engaging and informative event will take place on Tuesday, May 27th, at 5:30 PM, at the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization.

What to Expect:
During this interactive workshop, experienced instructors will guide you through the essentials of business ownership. You will learn the four crucial steps to success:

1. Setting a Goal
2. Making a Plan
3. Working the Plan
4. Achieving Success

This workshop is designed to equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills they need to run their own lemonade stands effectively and confidently.

The workshop is free and open to all registered participants of Lemonade Day. This workshop is the perfect opportunity for your child to learn and grow.

Does your youth's lemonade stand business have what it takes to be the Best of the Zest? We want to hear their business pitch at 1 Million Cups Brownsville! Help your youth register to be a participant in our Best of the Zest Business Pitch Event hosted by the University of Texas Entrepreneurship & Commercialization Center. This event will take place on Wednesday, June 4th, at 9:00 AM, at the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization.

What to Expect:
Only three participants will have the opportunity to pitch their lemonade stand business to a group of community members. As a participant in the Best of the Zest Business Pitch Event, participants will have a true entrepreneurial experience, gaining valuable business knowledge and skills that can be applied to current and future businesses.

Who Can Attend:
The event is free and open to three participants of Lemonade Day Brownsville. Upon registration, participants will receive additional instructions, a PowerPoint presentation template, and pitch tips!

Join the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce and H-E-B for the Build-a-Stand Workshop in partnership with Allied Skills Training Center! 

Empower your child's entrepreneurial spirit at our hands-on Build-a-Stand Workshop! Under the expert guidance of an instructor from Allied Skills Training Center, students will learn how to construct their very own lemonade stands. Noble Builders is generously sponsoring the materials needed to build 15 stands, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Important Details:

• All students must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Students must be actively registered on the Lemonade Day Brownsville website. The Brownsville Chamber will verify registrations prior to the event.
• Guardians must sign a waiver and photo release form through their online registration.
• Students should bring their own decorating supplies and materials to brand their stand.
• Students who built a stand last year are not eligible.
